About Us

Based in Southern California, Terra Enterprises is an experienced and leading provider of Commercial Real Estate Investment and Management services. The firm was founded in 1964 in Los Angeles, where we still have our main office, with local management offices in Anaheim Hills and San Diego.

Our investments are a mix of Office, Industrial, Retail, and Restaurant properties, some multi-tenant and some single tenant. Most of the properties are in Southern California, and recent acquisitions have taken us into Sacramento, Phoenix, Dallas and Chicago. Combined, all of the assets have an improved square footage of approximately 735,000 square feet, leased to just over 100 tenants.
